Progress meetings reports

Second Progress Meeting report:

• ATCA-PTSW-AMC4 and ATCA-RTM-Host modifications ready (as of late Nov. 2011).
• ATCA-PTSW-AMC4 manual first draft ready
• Board production plan first draft ready;
• Board enginnering design first draft ready;
• Boards production:  quotations for fabrication received - evaluation in progress (see attached files). A comparison study between the quotations received is written here.
• ATCA-PTSW-AMC4 and ATCA-RTM-Host BOMs concluded.
• Component stock verification - in progress (about 80% of components arrived)
• Hardware engineering files and hardware production files to be stored on ITER SVN - awaiting access login. 
• Board tests to be done listed into the Test Plan section - in progress;
• Further tests are being made with the current hardware versions;
