Proposal Checklist:
Tenderers are requested to submit - as a minimum - the following information/forms with their Tender:
Cover letter with list of included documents
One original with four identical copies of Tenders and electronic copy of their tender on a CD ROM. Aknowledgement of Receipt Enviado por Fax em nome do IST-CIEMAT em 02/09/2008 Declaration on Honour (see the template form in Section 8). Tenderer Information (see the template form in Section 8). Certificate(s) confirming that obligations have been fulfilled relating to the payment of social security contributions and/or the payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which established.
